Why Are We On This Planet?

The Beauty of T'ai Chi

T'ai Chi

A Haiku Poem

Why Are We On This Planet?

by Odette Rickert

Our journey is a winding road of

change, challenge, and opportunity,

all with the purpose of learning and growing.

Awareness and understanding

about ourselves and others

bring us clarity, peace, and knowing.

Openness and stillness reveal a future

guided by our Higher Selves:

A life flowing.

The more we grow and realize,

the more we see our true selves,

the more we live our lives according.

The Beauty of T'ai Chi

by Odette Rickert

Breathe. Be in the moment.

Relax, Root and

Empty yourself so you can pay

Attention

To--and fill yourself with--

Heavenly chi

Energy.

Balance Brings

Agility.

Listen to

Answers.  A

Neutral spine is a strong

Center for moving Circular Chi

Energy.

Focus, Fluidity, and Flow

Open you to

Rejuvenation and integration.

Evenness through

Mindful Meditation in Motion Mobilizes chi.

Peacefully Practice Posture(s), Patience, and Perseverance with

Tranquility To discover

Your inner strength, Yin and Yang, Youthfulness, and a

Nourishing and Nurturing

Environment of

Soft and

Slow.

T'ai Chi

by Peggy Carpenter

Stand tall,
    Silently moving in circles,
Slow moving,
    That flows with deep breathing.

In and out,
    Up and down.

Focus becomes meditation,
    Meditation quiets the mind.

We relax as we hear
    The sound of silence.

A Haiku Poem

by Jan Lawrence

   Entering silence

   Sitting in meditation

   I seek to be One.
